Due to the nature of our perishable goods, variations in taste, color, and texture may occur.
3. Perishable Goods Policy
All juices, teas, and other perishable items must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery on the scheduled date.
If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, no refund will be issued.

4. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We have a 3-4 day processing time and you shipping days occur immediately after.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to health and safety regulations, perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
Any damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been prepared for shipment.

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, seeds, and herbs.
