Refund policy
1. No Returns on Perishable Items
Because our juices, teas, and other perishable goods are made to order and have a limited shelf life, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they leave our facility.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Spoiled Items
We will offer a replacement or refund only if your order:
Arrives damaged
Is spoiled upon arrival due to a shipping error on our part
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
You must provide clear photos of the damaged or spoiled items and the packaging
The product must not have been consumed (except for reasonable testing)
3. Missed Deliveries & Customer Unavailability
We are not responsible for orders that spoil because:
No one was available to receive the package at the delivery address
An incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout
The carrier was unable to deliver due to customer refusal or lack of access
In these cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within24 hours of purchase only if production or shipment has not yet begun. Once the order has been prepared or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable merchandise, returns are not accepted on items that are to be consumed. Returns are accepted on other non consumable items if the items are in the original condition and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement for an eligible order:
Email us at info@wetandraw.com within the time frame stated above.
Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief explanation of the issue.
We will review your request and respond within1-3 business days.
