At Wet And Raw Juice Bar, we take great care to ensure your perishable items arrive fresh, safe, and in excellent condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

3-4 DAY PROCESSING TIME!!!
Shipping days: Monday-Wednesday

WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING 1 DAY DELIVERY ESPECIALLY OUR CUSTOMERS ON THE WEST COAST AND IN THE CENTRAL AREA. WE ARE BASED IN NORTH CAROLINA!!!!!

WE WILL NOT REPLACE ORDERS IF YOU DID NOT SELECT THE CORRECT SHIPPING.

1. Shipping Methods

All perishable items are shipped via UPS using expedited shipping to minimize transit time. We ship 2 day to eastern states and recommend selecting 1 day delivery for west coast and central states.

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

We do not ship perishable items to P.O. boxes.

We have a no return policy on our perishable items because we can no resell spoiled items.

2. Delivery Responsibility

You must ensure someone is available to receive your package at the delivery address on the first delivery attempt.(Please check your emails for tracking.)

Carriers will not leave perishable packages unattended unless you have authorized it directly with them.

If no one is available to accept the package and the shipment is delayed, Wet And Raw Juice Bar is not responsible for spoiled or damaged goods.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or returned shipments due to incorrect addresses.

4. Weather & Transit Delays

While we pack all perishable items with appropriate insulation and cold packs, we cannot guarantee freshness if the carrier experiences delays due to weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. (if this pertains to you please contact us so that we can file a claim and make this right for you.)

5. Returned or Refused Shipments

Perishable goods cannot be reshipped or refunded if returned to sender.

If a package is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address, or inability to accept delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Spoiled Items Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your items arrive damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos so we can review your claim.

7. Customer Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Perishable Goods Shipping Policy.
